Introduction

Sawaytah ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights, whether you use the app as a buyer or a seller.

Data We Collect

• Account info: name, email, phone number (optional).
• Seller profile info: photo, shop description, location (if shared).
• Products & orders: images, prices, order history and reviews.
• Location: used only to show nearby shops; sellers can choose to hide their exact location.

How We Use Your Data

• To operate accounts and connect buyers with sellers.
• To display nearby shops on the map.
• To enable reviews (restricted to buyers with a completed order from that shop).
• To award the "Verified by Support" badge when earned.

We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising outside the app.

Data Sharing

We use Supabase as our secure backend infrastructure. Your data is not shared with any other third party except where legally required.

Location Privacy

Sellers who rely on courier delivery may choose to "hide exact location" to protect their own and the customer's privacy — only an approximate location is then shown on the map.

Your Rights

• Access or edit your data from within the app.
• Request full deletion of your account and data at any time.
• Contact us with any privacy-related question.
